Full Description

Stress Management Training is for anyone who deals with the day-to-day management of a team.  The course is designed for Managers to develop personal resilience and coping strategies when dealing with stress, not only for themselves but for their team too.  The course is 4 hours in duration and covers the following:

Identifying what stress is, the warning signs, the potential causes of stress and how it affects employees.  Workplace wellbeing and work related stress – negative and positive management behaviours and the affects they have.  Understand how to deal with stressful situations more effectively. Returning to work with stress – managing an employee returning to work with stress.

 Course outcomes:

  • Various approaches to use when dealing with the management of tasks, teams and individuals who are experiencing stress
