There are 3 ways for your employees to access the live virtual coaching:
One to One Employees can benefit from the ultimate recalibration via one-to-one coaching. One of our Wellbeing Coaches will guide them through the 12 session programme in a weekly virtual meeting, tailoring the content to suit their individual needs, assessing their specific goals and evaluating their personal progress.
Small Group Coaching Groups of up to 6 employees will be led through the programme via weekly meetings by one of our Wellbeing Coaches.
Coach Led Support Programme Presented in an online webinar format, this programme is designed to support and empower your entire workforce through Recalibrate Wellbeing® Programme. Up to 500 attendees can attend the weekly live webinars, whilst the recordings and online programme will be accessible to all.

After completing the Recalibrate Wellbeing® Programme via virtual coaching, graduates are then qualified to become Wellbeing Ambassadors for your organisation. Graduates attend a one-day course that will enable them to inspire and educate others within your organisation and further enhance your culture of optimal wellbeing.
