Initial Fact Finding – we will identify key areas around occupational health service, lifestyle and wellbeing iniatives, benefits, rewards and insurances. The first step to developing an effective wellbeing strategy that is cost efficient, is to understand where the organisation stands from the beginning.
Strategic Scoping Document – Combined with the audit, we would write up a strategic scoping document outlining key areas of development. By pinpointing areas of strength and weaknesses, and areas of risk, enables organisations to put a wellbeing strategy into place as quickly as possible. This document would include currency activity identified in the initial fact finding and will review potential initiatives and key opportunities going forward.
