Louise Massett
Wellbeing Coach

Over the years, Louise has done many things from
working in shops to being a Primary School Teacher, but the one thing in common is that she loves working with people.

Louise is a mother of 3 boys. She became a Personal Trainer 6 years ago and since then continued her studies to become an Exercise Referral Trainer and Wellbeing Coach. Like many people, she has had, and still has, struggles to optimise her own wellbeing above the needs of loved ones and others. However, with her education, and initially from doing the Recalibrate Wellbeing® Programme, as well as guiding others through the programme, she has learnt that small steps have helped to improve her own health, and to be content in her own skin.  This enables Louise to do what she loves the most – caring for others. She does this with great passion because she already knows exactly what it feels like when you are in a place that you don’t want to be, and you need guidance to lead you to a better place. Louise absolutely loves coaching people and seeing their transformation, not only in their physical health, but also their mental and emotional health. Particularly their self-confidence and self-belief.

Kate Dorwood
Wellbeing Coach

Having previously worked in a corporate environment, Kate knows how hard it can be to prioritise your health and fitness. Kate’s emphasis is to develop fun, challenging and motivational workouts that help people learn to love exercise, and to encourage positive lifestyle and nutritional changes that will improve their health.

Kate is a firm believer that health and fitness is about more than getting into a smaller-sized pair of jeans… although of course, that’s a definite perk! To Kate, exercise and nutrition are vital in promoting good self-esteem and fighting off stress, illness, obesity and ailments commonly associated with ageing. Kate has been a Personal Trainer for 13 years, with particular knowledge and experience in ante and post natal fitness, core stability, nutrition/weight management, VolleyBody and extreme Kettlebells, boxing, HIIT training, suspension systems, and supple strength. Kate also has specialist qualifications in GP referrals, active ageing and obesity. More recently, Kate completed training as a Nutritional Advisor as she found it impossible to separate fitness from nutrition and wellbeing. She loves to help her clients learn how to make important changes to their diet and lifestyles, as well as their fitness.
