The Mix www.themix.org.uk Aimed at people under 25. Their helpline is open between 4pm and 11pm, 7 days a week, call 0808 808 4994. They also run a crisis text service, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, text THEMIX to 85258.
Childline www.childline.org.uk call 0800 1111. A private and confidential service for children and young people up to the age of 19. You can contact a Childline counsellor for free about anything – no problem is too big or too small.

Youth helpline for 13 to 20 year olds on 0330 606 1174 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 3pm to 6pm, Thursday from 3pm to 8pm and Saturday from 6pm to 8pm.
