Having good posture helps to keep our bones and joints in alignment. It can also help to prevent fatigue because muscles are being used more efficiently, allowing the body to use less energy.

There are so many additional benefits to getting our posture right which include preventing lower back pain, less tension in our shoulders and necks, improved circulation and digestion and yes, can even increase our self-esteem and self-confidence!
