During this pandemic, the difficulties and restrictions that we were suddenly faced with have impacted us all in one way or another. The way each of us reacts to such challenges will affect how we feel – both physically and mentally.
According to a study by Kings College London, there are 3 groups/types of people that are present in society: Accepting; Resisting and Suffering. Each group reacts and behaves differently when faced with situations, good or bad. And the feelings and outcomes that each of us experience will not be the same.
