Changing or upgrading the food you buy and consume will help you to feel fuller and more energised for longer, enabling your body to absorb vital nutrients and your digestive system to function efficiently.
Simple ways to do this are to remove dead (processed) food from your diet and replace with living (natural) foods! Other tips to make sure you are getting the correct amount of nutrients, fibre and water are to eat a rainbow (a plate that is packed full of colourful vegetables). Upgrading to healthy fats will help you to feel satiated and your body to absorb vitamins.
This is simple advice that is sustainable and is the bare minimum to lay down a basis for achieving optimal wellbeing. Watch our vlog to find out more…
