We look at the difference between emotional health and mental health. Mental health is to do with your ability to process information and to stay in the present moment, whereas, emotional health (and wellbeing) is your ability to express your feelings based upon information you have received and processed – it is about having a healthy relationship with yourself and others.
During this challenging time, whilst we’re all keeping a social distance and many people are in isolation or working from home, we help you to keep your emotional wellbeing in check with essential tips, information and guidance.
