Weight Coach Programme

The Weight Coach programme offers expert information and advice on nutrition, exercise and emotional wellbeing, where individuals learn how to eat well, exercise effectively and develop strategies to cope with the emotional ups and downs that we all face, losing weight or not.

Wellbeing EducationThe programme teaches the essential facts about the right nutrition, exercise and state of mind to lose and maintain weight and what factors contribute to being overweight and how the body stores fat.

Our expert professionals mentor each group every step of the way. The course is delivered by a nutritional therapist, personal trainer and counsellor. This will involve weekly action planning, food and mood diaries, shopping lists and menu plans.
