About us

We understand that prevention is better than cure and that by engaging people – whether as individuals, at work  or in the community – we know we can all improve our general health and wellbeing. This is the driving force behind Wellbeing People. We are passionate about what we do, provide excellent service and are an innovative, science and research backed organisation.

Wellbeing messages are not always complex and can be just common sense, however delivering  the change in health and wellbeing that we all seek, is the hard part. We specialise in understanding what makes people and organisations tick and, more importantly, what doesn’t. Giving individuals the right tools, support and encouragement we can change minds and lives.

We are a bit different from the rest, we are continually looking for new ways to make dealing with us a unique and pleasurable experience; we keep our fingers firmly on the pulse to help us develop new and exciting wellbeing ideas. With our own research scientist, we back up everything that we do with evidence based research and practical experience.

The Right Choice

  • 21 Years Service History
  • National Coverage
  • Wellbeing Expertise
  • Charity Supporters

We support many charities: Help for Heroes, The British Heart Foundation and Marie Curie Cancer Care to name a few.

Our charity efforts range from climbing Kilimanjaro to selling healthy breakfast bars in the office! This year we are working closely with the British Heart Foundation and in particular we are looking forward to participating and supporting the London to Brighton Bike Ride - handing out over 24,000 bottles of water at the finishing line.
